The ‘S’ range of Axicon verifiers has a continuous scan feature, which means that obtaining at least ten different readings throughout the height of the barcode (as required by ISO/IEC) is much faster. Simply place the verifier slightly above or below the barcode, press the trigger and slide the verifier over the code – in less than a second you can have results of up to 100 scans of the code at different points in the bar height.
Axicon PV-1000便携式一维条码检测仪
The PV-1000 unit can be used with any of the following linear barcode verifiers – the 6015, 6515 and 7015 - and it allows you to carry out verification without any connection to a laptop or PC. You can see the overall grade for each symbol, as well as the values for individual parameters while you are using it. The PV-1000 will also keep all your results as text or Axicon’s .scn files which you can transfer to your PC using a USB memory stick. This means the results can be recorded as part of any quality control system
The PV-1072 is the simplest Axicon verifier for point-of-sale barcodes, and is fully portable. It is powered by its own display and data collection unit which runs on four AA batteries. Rechargeable batteries can be supplied with a charger if they are required. A protective rubber cover for the data collection unit is also available.
The Axicon 15000 has been designed to read both two-dimensional and linear barcodes up to a maximum size of 51 mm x 31 mm. The system uses a special array of LEDs and a CCD-based sensor to capture each barcode image before it is analysed. It is able to verify multiple barcodes in the same field of view, whether they are 2D or linear codes, and the user sees the results for each barcode by selecting the relevant barcode on the screen.

The Axicon 12000 series of two-dimensional barcode verifiers is intended for the verifying of Data Matrix, QR Code, GS1 DataMatrix, GS1 QR Code, GS1 DataBar, PDF and micro-PDF codes. Some models can also verify EAN/UPC, GS1-128 and ITF-14 codes, depending on their size. They are suitable for verifying symbols appearing on product packaging, promotional advertising, and literature, and the 12800 is specially designed for verifying direct-part-marked symbols used on surgical and medical devices, and component parts.
Axicon 12800 DPM条码检测仪
The Axicon 12800 has been specially designed to verify direct-part-marked barcodes, including Data Matrix, GS1 DataMatrix, QR Code, and GS1 QR Code two-dimensional symbols, whether laser-etched or dot peen. The smallest x-dimension is 0.127 mm or 5 mil. It has nine different lighting options to enable verification in accordance with ISO/IEC 15415 and the AIM Quality Guideline (ISO/IEC TR 29158). The Axicon 12800 allows for the angle of illumination to be set at 30o, 45o, or 90o, as required by the particular application. For 30o illumination, you can choose from four or two sides to minimise the effect of specular reflection. The field of view is 25 mm x 18 mm, and the verifier may also be used to verify linear barcodes in accordance with ISO/IEC 15416, provided they are no wider than 25 mm.
The Axicon 12900 has been specially designed to verify direct-part-marked barcodes that are difficult to read with other DPM verifiers. The verifier can be raised up to 150 mm above its base so that slightly recessed symbols, and those marked on components can be read more easily.
The Axicon 6000-W Pharmacode Verifier has been specifically designed to meet the requirements for verifying the “Pharmacode” (commonly called the “Laetus” or PCE Code) within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
This Verifier uses a white light source in order to capture all bars regardless of colour. This is an essential tool for all designers and printers of pharmaceutical packaging.
